3-6 apples of your choice 

Brown sugar 

Cinnamon stick 

Vanilla yogurt 

Apple Cinnamon granola 

1. Peel and cut apples into small pieces 
2. Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water to a sauce pan 
3. Add apple chunks to the pan 
4. Ground cinnamon stick into the pan 
5. Add brown sugar 
6. Stir , cover , low boil until apples are really tender 
7. Add a layer of the apple cinnamon granola to your dish 
8. Add a layer of vanilla yogurt 
9. Add another layer of the granola 
10. Add apple chunks 
11. Add yogurt layer 
12. Top with granola and apple chunks

1. Saute bag of frozen spinach and freshly chopped garlic in a saute pan for 10 minutes on low setting.
2. When spinach and garlic are done sauteing , remove from heat. Allow the pan to cool before transferring.
3. Grease baking dish or line with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Add spinach and garlic combination to baking dish  ,  , season with salt and pepper , add a 12 ounce bag of mild cheddar cheese.
5. Place pan in oven and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
